Schedule/Hours
- Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM, or 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekend on-call rotation: Weekend backup call required every 4th weekend
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ultrasound, with proficiency in general and vascular procedures (excluding ABIs and segmental pressures)
- Current ARDMS certification required
- Active BLS (AHA) certification required
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality standards
- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely results
- Operate ultrasound and related imaging equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient care and workflow
- Document findings and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with policies and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed, including weekend backup coverage
- Uphold infection control and patient privacy standards at all times
- Remain current with continuing education requirements and best practices in sonography
