Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist in Connecticut
- Demonstrated experience with evaluations, counseling, and educational interventions
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students
- Understanding of IEP process and special education law preferred
- Adaptability to new environments and diverse student populations
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students
- Provide direct counseling and support services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement student supports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
