- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings, detecting and reporting abnormal findings promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide evidence-based interventions
- Administer medications, treatments, and provide post-procedure care as required
- Maintain thorough and timely electronic documentation of patient care activities
- Educate patients and families on cardiac health and self-care strategies

- Active RN license (state license or compact)
- Minimum of one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
