You'll quickly expand your expertise through exposure to a variety of procedures—ortho, neuro, general, urology, ENT, and more—across all ages and surgical specialties. Schedule/Hours:
- 0630-1500, Monday through Friday (5 days per week)
- One weekday on-call per week
- Every 5th or 6th weekend (Sat/Sun) on call
- Rotating holiday call
- One week of focused orientation in the OR
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current RN license with BCLS & ACLS certification (required)
- 3 years of recent OR experience, including circulating (scrubbing highly preferred)
- Strength in neuro, ortho, general, GYN, ENT, urology cases (must be comfortable without specialized teams)
- EPIC documentation experience is a plus
- Ability to float to Pre/Post-op, PACU (if trained), or ER for trauma
- Driver’s license required at submission (to confirm eligibility)
- Flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to mentor or share knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub as needed on a wide variety of surgical cases
- Adhere to strict patient safety and facility policies (including no artificial nails)
- Participate in call rotation and flexible scheduling
- Demonstrate a team-oriented attitude and clear professional communication
