Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Maryland SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students on your caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and inclusion
- Provide direct and consultative services, adapted instruction, and regular progress monitoring
- Document assessment results, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with district policies and applicable regulations
