Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy to students tailored to their individual educational needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district policies.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student success.
- Adhere to scheduled hours and ensure continuity of care throughout the contract period.
- Elementary & Middle School: June 10 July 7, 8:00 AM 12:30 PM (4.5 hours/day plus 15-minute grace before and after)
- High School: June 15 July 10, 8:30 AM 3:00 PM (6.5 hours/day plus 30-minute unpaid lunch and 15-minute grace)
- Postsecondary: June 16 July 13, 8:30 AM 3:00 PM (6.5 hours/day plus 30-minute unpaid lunch and 15-minute grace)
- Holidays observed with no sessions on June 19 and July 4
- Valid SLP certification, including Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working with diverse student populations in school environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and adapt to scheduling needs.
