Responsibilities Include
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children.
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals.
- Providing direct therapy services and tracking student progress.
- Conducting screenings and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Complying with state and federal regulations governing special education services.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
- Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF) candidates will be considered.
- Experience working with elementary and middle school students preferred.
- Familiarity with school-based speech-language services and related educational requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
