Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy for students (specific age group and caseload details to be confirmed)
- Assess, diagnose, and write reports for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs and communication plans
- Document progress and maintain confidentiality of student records
- Participate in school meetings and professional development
- Travel between assigned schools as needed
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active Maryland Professional Licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Ability to present images of all required licenses upon request
- Completion of House Bill 486 background check, fingerprinting, and employment history review as required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with school-aged children is a plus
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, offering a balanced work-life rhythm during the standard school year (September to June)
