Speech Language Pathologist - 2026/2027 School Year

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant has partnered with a school district in the Corvallis, OR area to hire a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 School Year. Work with diverse learners in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment, utilizing your expertise in school-based settings.

Qualifications & Preferred Background

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLP-CFY
• Experience or training in school-based settings is strongly valued
• Passion for serving children and adolescents in an educational context
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to individual student needs and demonstrate creative problem-solving
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to K-12 students, both individually and in small groups
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student learning and inclusion
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in compliance with school and legal standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school’s multidisciplinary team
