- Travel assignment
- Active RN license
- Recent Med-Surg nursing experience
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC); de-escalation training required before assignment begins, or booked for clinical orientation if not already completed
- Proficiency in age-specific, direct patient care delivery
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
- Adaptability to new environments and facility protocols
- Deliver age-appropriate, direct nursing care utilizing the Nursing Process
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal healthcare regulations and policies
- Assume leadership on shift, including appropriate delegation to support staff
