What You’ll Need

• Current and active Delaware SLP license
• Proven experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist, preferably in a school environment
• American Sign Language (ASL) skills are desirable, though not required
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt strategies for individual student needs
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students as identified in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to create strategies supporting student progress
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for all services and evaluations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student development
  
  

Pay for this role ranges from $45 to $55 an hour, depending on your experience and level of education. Weekly pay ensures timely and consistent compensation for your work.
