A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for the 2026-2027 school year at a small K-12 charter school located in Seattle, WA. This contract position involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing speech and language services to support student communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in school settings preferred, especially with K-12 populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with attention to detail and organization
