Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized instruction and support in co-teaching classrooms tailored to early childhood students with special needs (ages 0-8).
- Collaborate with general education staff to foster inclusive learning environments.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that meet state guidelines.
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments to teaching strategies.
- Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student development.
- Valid Colorado DOE certification with Early Childhood Special Education (0-8) endorsement.
- Prior experience teaching special education in early childhood or elementary settings preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and work cooperatively in team environments.

- Positions are based on-site in Aurora and the greater Denver area.
