Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Wisconsin
- Experience providing assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering therapy in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized assessments of students’ speech and language skills
- Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student progress
- Document student performance and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Provide consultative services for general education staff on communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
