Qualifications And Experience
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Comfortable adapting to different student needs and grade levels
- Conduct thorough assessments of students with communication, articulation, language, and fluency concerns
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to coordinate strategies and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and multidisciplinary team efforts
