Three openings are available, and you’ll collaborate with diverse teams in Jefferson, Monroe Public, and Airport locations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students grades K-12
- Consult with educators, parents, and administrators to develop effective intervention plans
- Facilitate crisis intervention and deliver counseling services to support student social-emotional growth
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
- Maintain thorough and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Deliver services onsite exclusively, ensuring a high level of direct student engagement
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Michigan School Psychologist license (please verify at the Michigan Department of Education licensing portal and provide screenshot verification with application)
- Prior experience in school-based settings is highly preferred
- Ability to manage a 37.5 hour workweek on campus
- Flexible, collaborative, and adept at communicating with students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
