School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Laramie, Wyoming

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates also considered
• Previous experience working in school-based settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student goals and carryover of skills
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and school staff consultations
