Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Knowledge of various assessment tools and therapy techniques
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and interpret results
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide input, and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across grade levels
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians
