Seeking a skilled professional with expertise in general ultrasound imaging to contribute to high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to utilize advanced sonography techniques while working collaboratively with a team committed to clinical excellence.
Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week contract
- 4x10-hour night shifts, Monday through Thursday
- 7:30pm – 6:00am
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated experience as an Ultrasound Technician/Sonographer
- Proficiency in general ultrasound imaging, with the ability to adapt to various patient needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to detail, accuracy, and patient safety
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations and accurately capture required images
- Assess and recognize anatomical and pathological data from ultrasound results
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to facilitate optimal patient care
- Ensure compliance with established protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain clear and meticulous documentation for all procedures
