Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement strategies that support academic and behavioral success.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives related to mental health and wellness.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Illinois.
