Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP-CCC certification
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Delaware
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric school-based settings
- Open to new graduates with CCCs; a passion for learning and growing professionally is highly valued
- Knowledge of IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with other special education professions
- Positive communication skills, flexibility, and a motivating presence in therapy sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students with mild to moderate needs
- Conduct assessments, write and update IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate actively with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Participate in ongoing professional development and be receptive to coaching and feedback
