What You’ll Bring
- Active Maryland School Psychology License
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings as a school psychologist
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, counseling techniques, and behavioral interventions
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists for comprehensive student support
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive practices
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Provide individual and group counseling for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create a supportive environment for students’ academic and social-emotional success
- Offer crisis intervention and support when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with district policies and state regulations
