Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological testing and evaluations for elementary-aged students
- Provide individual and group counseling to support student well-being
- Observe students in various settings to inform interventions and services
- Supervise aide staff to ensure effective support delivery
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families, fostering collaboration and trust
- State of California PPS credential as a School Psychologist required
- Proven experience working with elementary-aged children
- Demonstrated ability to administer and interpret a variety of psychological tests
- Strong skills in counseling and behavioral observations
- Experience supervising aides and working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage families and school staff
