Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology required
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), IEP development, and special education services
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Organizational skills for maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• Administer formal and informal assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional functioning
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and review IEPs, behavior intervention plans, and 504 plans
• Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive student outcomes and school climate
• Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to all federal, state, and district guidelines
• Offer guidance and professional development to staff on interventions, classroom strategies, and mental health support
