Qualifications And Preferred Experience

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license
• Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings
• Proficiency in providing Occupational Therapy within schools, healthcare, and home health environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with students, families, and staff
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans based on students' unique needs
• Deliver direct OT services in accordance with IEPs and established educational objectives
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to ensure each student’s success
• Adapt activities and interventions for both in-school and, when necessary, home health settings
