Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Experience working with K-8th grade students in one or more of the following: school-based, home health, or teletherapy settings
- Proficiency in assessing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address a spectrum of needs
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, families, and multidisciplinary support teams
- Ability to adapt to mixed caseloads and diverse work environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and design tailored interventions for students with various developmental, sensory, and physical challenges
- Deliver therapy through in-person sessions, teletherapy, and in some instances, home-based services
- Collaborate with educators and families to set goals, monitor progress, and support students’ educational achievements
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulations and policies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
