School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Marshall, Michigan

You'll primarily serve PreK and Kindergarten students, delivering essential onsite services that foster communication, learning, and confidence at an early age.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in K-12 or early childhood school settings, specifically with PreK and Kindergarten populations
• Familiarity with IEP processes and best practices in school-based speech therapy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Flexibility to work onsite, with potential for hybrid scheduling (majority onsite days as required)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to PreK and Kindergarten students
• Conduct assessments to identify communication needs and develop individualized goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student IEPs
• Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and data reports
• Offer consultation and strategies to classroom teachers and families to ensure generalization of skills
