Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable managing an elementary school caseload
- Passion for helping students develop communication and language skills
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation for assessments and therapy sessions in compliance with school/district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of personalized education goals
- Provide training and resources to staff and parents to enhance communication support within the school environment
