Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in the Interventional Radiology suites, including two body IR rooms, two neuro IR rooms, CT, and ultrasound interventional suites.
- Manage patient care in the 12-bed Pre/Post-procedure unit, maintaining a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
- Float between procedural areas and pre/post care to deliver comprehensive support.
- Respond to on-call duties as scheduled, covering two weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and one weeknight per month to ensure continuous departmental readiness.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Proven experience in Interventional Radiology nursing.
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating patient care needs across multiple IR procedure rooms and the Pre/Post area.
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills are essential.
