Registered Nurse IR - Elyria, OH

A registered nurse with expertise in Interventional Radiology is sought for a 13-week contract in Elyria, OH. This role supports a specialized interventional radiology department featuring multiple procedure rooms and a 12-bed pre/post-procedure care area with a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in body IR, neuro IR, CT, and ultrasound interventional rooms.
• Float between pre/post-procedure areas and procedural rooms throughout the 40-hour workweek.
• Participate in on-call duties including two weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and one weeknight per month.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care throughout procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Ohio nursing license eligible for compact state practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proven experience as an RN in Interventional Radiology settings.
  
  

Schedule

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week (7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
• Specific workdays to be determined during the interview process.
