Elyria Hyundai is looking for a driven, customer- focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As our customer base expands, we are specifically seeking a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish to ensure we provide exceptional, transparent service to our entire community.
Whether you are helping a family find the perfect SUV or walking a first time buyer through the features of the newest Hyundai models, your ability to communicate clearly in both languages will be key to your success and our customers' satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with bilingual customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
- Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to generate new sales opportunities
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options confidently and clearly
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads and follow-ups
- Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle accessories to maximize sales revenue
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting dealership goals
Skills
- Fluency in at least two languages (multilingual proficiency) with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales within a dealership setting
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-end sales confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management, and sales pipeline development
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple clients and tasks
- Outstanding phone etiquette and public speaking abilities for engaging customer interactions
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, outbound sales techniques, and customer service excellence
- Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately and apply retail math principles effectively
