Physical Therapist - School Setting in Waukegan, IL

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous school-based PT experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply

• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals
• Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to a dynamic educational environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse student population in accordance with IEP requirements
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to assess and revise therapy needs
• Conduct individual and group sessions to support functional mobility and physical development
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in a timely manner
• Educate staff and families on student progress and strategies to foster success
