A Pharmacy Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) opportunity is available to lead the infusion and Specialty Clinic operations in Mobile, AL. This full-time, direct hire role offers a weekdays-only schedule (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM), providing a balanced work-life framework with no weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will hold a valid pharmacist license and is eager to step into a leadership position overseeing infusion services, even if they do not have previous PIC experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge for the infusion and Specialty Clinic, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Lead daily pharmacy operations and staff within the infusion service.
• Utilize CPR computer system to manage workflow (training provided).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and medication management.
• Maintain pharmacy license and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Active pharmacist license.
