Key Responsibilities
- Enter and verify medication orders while reviewing profiles for clinical appropriateness.
- Provide clinical services tailored to specific patient populations, including drug information consults.

- Monitor drug therapies and manage pharmacist-led consults following established protocols.
- Actively engage in acute patient care scenarios, such as cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma in the ED and critical care settings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
- PGY-1 residency or a minimum of 3 years of current clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
- Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience with Meditech electronic health records is advantageous.
