Pharmacist - Bear, DE

A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available for a night shift role in Delaware. This contract position seeks a dedicated professional to support pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional patient care within a hospital setting. Location: Delaware

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
• Every third weekend rotation
  
  

Responsibilities

• Dispense and verify medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide counseling and clinical support to patients and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with medical teams to optimize drug therapy and patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
• Maintain up-to-date pharmacy records and documentation
  
  

Qualifications / Desired Experience

• Pharm.D. degree preferred; B.S. Pharmacy with equivalent experience considered
• Current Delaware pharmacist license or eligibility to reciprocate licensure
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to apply pharmaceutical principles in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
