Responsibilities
- Perform typical retail pharmacy duties including answering phones, data entry, label printing, filling and dispensing prescriptions
- Manage cash register transactions accurately
- Handle inventory control and returns (takebacks)
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy team members to maintain high-quality patient service
- Participate in client-provided training sessions before starting
- Minimum 1-2 years of high-volume retail pharmacy technician experience (candidates with less than one year will not be considered)
- Valid California pharmacy technician license; PTCB certification preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills essential for effective collaboration
- Ability to reliably work a minimum of 3-4 days per week, with additional days available for those willing
- Updated resume, skills checklist, and one retail supervisor reference required for application
- Mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding 30 miles from home to work site
