Per Diem IV Compounding Staff Pharmacist | Scottsdale, Arizona

A PRN Pharmacist position is available for those with compounding experience, working in a 503A sterile/non-sterile compounding setting. This role supports pharmacy operations by ensuring safe, accurate preparation and dispensing of medications. The opportunity is ideal for pharmacists licensed in Arizona who have some background in compounding, either sterile or non-sterile.

Schedule

• PRN shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Specific Dates: April 13, May 26, May 28, June 1
  
  

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Current Arizona Pharmacist License required
• Experience in compounding, either sterile or non-sterile, preferred
• Familiarity with PioneerRx system is a plus
  
  

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense sterile and non-sterile compounded medications in compliance with regulatory standards
• Verify prescriptions and ensure proper handling of compounded medications
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform quality assurance checks
• Support pharmacy staff during assigned shifts to maintain smooth operations
