Per Diem IV Compounding Pharmacist in Chandler, AZ

This PRN Pharmacist position offers an opportunity to contribute your expertise in a 503A compounding pharmacy setting with both sterile and non-sterile preparations. Working with the PioneerRx system, youll support the pharmacy team by ensuring accurate and safe medication dispensing in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify sterile and non-sterile compounded prescriptions following established protocols
• Utilize the PioneerRx system to accurately dispense medications and maintain records
• Provide pharmaceutical care and guidance to healthcare providers and patients as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies
• Participate in quality assurance and safety initiatives to uphold high standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacist License required
• Experience in compounding (sterile or non-sterile) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• PRN position covering shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
