Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify sterile and non-sterile compounded medications in accordance with established protocols.
- Review prescriptions and ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
- Utilize the PioneerRx system for medication management and documentation.
- Maintain inventory and ensure quality control of pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient medication needs.
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation procedures within the compounding setting.
- Valid Arizona Pharmacist License is required.
- Experience in sterile or non-sterile compounding preferred; some compounding experience necessary.
- Familiarity with the PioneerRx system is advantageous.
