Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1 years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A community clinical pharmacy specializing in 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to provide coverage on select dates this spring and early summer. This role is ideal for pharmacists with compounding experience who want to support personalized medication therapies tailored to individual patient needs.

Situated in Mesa, AZ, the pharmacy partners with healthcare providers to develop customized compounds and offers clinical consulting for complex or hard-to-source treatments. Working with the PioneerRx system, the pharmacist will operate in a dynamic environment focused on patient-specific care.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense compounded medications in compliance with 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure personalized therapy plans
• Conduct clinical consultations and patient counseling when necessary
• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Utilize PioneerRx software for prescription verification and workflow management
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacist License
• Experience in compounding pharmacy, with sterile and/or non-sterile compounding exposure preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
