Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Wells River, Vermont

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1 years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) with a strong background in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) looking to lead pharmacy operations in Wells River, VT. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations as the PIC.
• Manage 340B program compliance with precision.

• Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and standards within the FQHC setting.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in an FQHC environment is required.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with onsite healthcare providers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capable of managing and enhancing provider relationships.
• VT pharmacist license in good standing.
• Familiarity with Best Rx system preferred.
