A qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a K-12 school setting in Lancaster, OH, for a contract position lasting through the current school year. This onsite opportunity offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time arrangements, supporting students from PreK through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a diverse caseload of students with speech, language, and communication disorders across various grade levels.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and compliance with district/state requirements.
• Utilize a caseload calculator to manage workload based on scheduled hours effectively.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in pediatric speech and language therapy.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Experience in school-based speech-language services preferred.
• Comfort working with a wide age range from preschool to high school.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience in pediatric speech therapy and healthcare settings is a plus.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is acceptable.
