- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a diverse caseload of students with speech, language, and communication disorders across various grade levels.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and compliance with district/state requirements.
- Utilize a caseload calculator to manage workload based on scheduled hours effectively.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in pediatric speech and language therapy.
- Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Experience in school-based speech-language services preferred.
- Comfort working with a wide age range from preschool to high school.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in pediatric speech therapy and healthcare settings is a plus.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is acceptable.
