Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CCC-SLP or eligibility (CFY welcome to apply)
- Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred
- Skilled in teletherapy and/or on-site service delivery
- Knowledge of IEP procedures and caseload management
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy for a caseload of 35–45 students
- Serve PreK–12th grades across multiple school settings
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teams, parents, and staff to support each student’s goals
- Adapt therapy approaches for individual student needs, including virtual sessions if needed
