Requirements
- Active Illinois OT or COTA license (please include verification with application)
- School-based occupational therapy experience preferred
- Comfort working across K-12 grade levels
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Availability to attend New Hire Orientation (August 12-14)
- Flexibility for a tentative start within the 2026-2027 school year
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to students, addressing IEP goals and functional skills
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Serve as a resource for strategies that foster student growth and independence in the educational environment
- Consistent, full-time schedule (35 hours weekly)
