Occupational Therapist School Setting - Grayslake, IL

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Requirements

• Active Illinois OT or COTA license (please include verification with application)
• School-based occupational therapy experience preferred
• Comfort working across K-12 grade levels
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Availability to attend New Hire Orientation (August 12-14)
• Flexibility for a tentative start within the 2026-2027 school year
  
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to students, addressing IEP goals and functional skills
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Serve as a resource for strategies that foster student growth and independence in the educational environment
