Key Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Proven experience in ICU/critical care settings
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions
- Weekly Monday orientations ensure a supportive onboarding process
- Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding to urgent needs
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and carry out complex medical interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate closely with intensivists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care
- Perform thorough assessments, update electronic medical records, and educate patients and their loved ones
- Demonstrate leadership in crisis situations, contributing to patient safety and quality initiatives
- Exposure to a highly respected, Joint Commission-accredited facility
