- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy management.
- Utilize Meditech and Pyxis systems for medication administration and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety guidelines.
- Provide clinical pharmacy support covering variable days and afternoon shifts.
- Valid California pharmacist license.
- Proven hospital pharmacy experience.
- Ability to work full-time and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
- Four 10-hour shifts per week, including variable days and afternoons.
- Seaside, CA, within close proximity to Salinas.
- Engagement length of approximately 13 weeks.
