Accounting Specialist (Hybrid)

• Calculate and reconcile commissions for 50 sales reps (bi-weekly cycles)
  

• Spot and resolve payout errors before payroll cutoffs
  

What you might take on next (if time allows):

• Streamline repetitive workflows (e.g., cut down 6-hour reporting tasks to 90 minutes)
  

• Reconcile accounts
  

• Suggest and test NetSuite process improvements
  

Schedule & location:

• 3 days/week in-office (Albuquerque, near Uptown)
  

• 2 days/week remote
  

Requirements

Tools:

• NetSuite
  

• Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups)
  

• CRM or payroll tools (nice to have, not required)
  

• Have past experience with commissions or account reconciliations
  

• Spot errors in data quickly and enjoy fixing them
  

• Prefer spreadsheets over long meetings
