Duties
- Reach out to potential clients through door-to-door canvassing, phone calls, and other outreach methods to generate interest in solar solutions
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and schedule appointments efficiently
- Engage with diverse audiences, including multilingual prospects, to explain the advantages of solar energy and address initial questions
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, energy usage, and eligibility for solar installation programs
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up on scheduled appointments
- Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities, customer interactions, and appointment schedules within CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging strategies and improve lead generation efforts
Experience
- Prior experience in outside sales, energy sales, or technical sales is highly desirable
