Entry Level Solar Sales Representative

This is a starting position for a solar sales job in Southern California (Riverside county area: Menifee, Hemet, Temecula, Moreno Valley etc). We have a sales team in the area and we are starting our summer sales program on May 3rd: meaning we are looking for a few new people to join our team to sell with us. No prior sales experience is required, as training will be supplied to set you up for success and get a taste of the solar sales industry.

You will be a Solar Sales Setter (commission based), you will be trained and expected to set solar appointments door-to-door, this is all you will be required to do as the start. Progression is available and expected as your skills and product knowledge improves.

Qualifications

• No prior qualifications are required as you will gain most of your skills through provided training and experience on the job. That being said, good communication skills and or prior experience in sales will set your ahead of the curve.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse communities.
• Qualities that will help you include the ability to motivate yourself and others toward achieving sales goals.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $9,500.00 per month
