Position Overview:
We’re seeking Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy and setting qualified appointments for our closing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to discuss the benefits of solar energy.
- Qualify interested prospects and schedule appointments for our solar consultants.
- Represent the Solar Garden brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and people skills — you enjoy talking to new people.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and resilient — comfortable working independently in the field.
- Previous experience in door-to-door, canvassing, or sales is a plus (but not required).
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your local area.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-only position — no base pay.
- Average first-year earnings: $100,000–$150,000 (based on performance).
